        Tim Tebow's and faiths place in football

     Tim Tebow, The quarterback for the Denver Broncos. He won the Heisman when he played for the Florida Gators. Tim Tebow is a good quarterback and christian man.  In college he wore the scripture John 3:16 on face his whole college football season. He won a championship game with John 3:16 under his eyes.

     Tim Tebow is now known for his "Tebowing." People all over the world a tebowing in famous places. People have tebowed in front of the Eiffel Tower in Paris, France. Tebowing has its own website of people who post pictures of themselves tebowing. Players in the NFL mock Tim Tebow on the football field at games sometimes.

     http://tebowing.com/ is the website to go to if you want to know more about Tebowing. Tebowing started out when Tim Tebow got a touchdown a prayed. Tebowing is getting down on one knee and putting your fist to your face. That also shows that Tim Tebow is a christian. He told prisonners that if they dont give their live to christ that they will go to hell for enternity and if the do accept christ they will spend enternity in heaven.

Diary Of a Wimpy Kid 

     Diary of a wimpy kid is written by Jeff Kinney. Diary of a wimpy kid  is about the life of a 13 year old who

has a horrible life in a funny way. There are six books in this series, these books are Diary of a wimpy kid, Rodrick Rules, Last Straw,the ugly truth,  Dog Days, and Cabin fever. The books are  the best selling kids book in the United States. I have read only four of the books and all of them are very funny.

     The first book was put into a movie in 2010, called Diary of a wimpy kid the Movie. The second book Rodrick Rules which it was put into a movie in 2011. The movies where put into a book called Diary of a Wimpy Kid: The Movie. The Diary of a Wimpy Kid books to where you can make the about you, and draw
 and put pictures . None of the books have won a Newberry Award Medal.

    The author Jeff Kinney dosent just write the book he also draws the pictures of the characters in the book.
Jeff Kinney also created a game called Poptropica where play as cartoons and play a talk to people. The company that published the books are Amulet Books. He played a role in one of the movies about his books. The author is also a full-time cartoonist and game editor.

Tyrane Hardy on Comminent: I choose this article because it looked very appealing to me. Because it encourages kids to stay in school and try their best. The authors article was easy to read and was divided into sections. The article is mainly talks to kids. The article to me is good to me.

Youth New for Sept. 16, 2011: This article appeals to me because for everyone to read. The article is about the students who were named the National Merit Semifinalists. The authors article was very easy to read, because they wrote simple sentences. The article has to other parts to it . Those parts are Local Students get role, and YMCA accepts applicants.

Computer lap 2.0: I picked this article because its is about school. The story is about students in St.Jopesh brings computers to South Africa. The was very easy to read because it was written well. The story also had two pictures. The students gave the computers to Edwanlei Primary school.

Goldylocks and the Three Bears 

            Once upon a time there were three bears . There was the mama bear, papa bear, baby

bear. The three bears in a cottage in a large forest. Papa bears bed was a king sized bed.Mama

bears bed was queen sized. Baby bear had a twin sized bed. One day Mama bear cooked some

porridge . Papa  bears porridge was Hot . Mama bears  porridge was Cold  . Baby bears porridge  was

just perfect .  The three bears went for a   nice walk   through The forest witch they live in . The was  a

girl  named  Goldylocks  and she  came  strolling  through  The forest she past by the cottage were  the

bears lived and noticed that no one was home . She walked up to the front of the door and saw

that it was cracked. She went In the house and saw the porridge that Mama bear cooked. She

tried  Papa bears porridge It was to hot . She tried Mama bears porridge it was to cold .  She tried

Baby bears porridge and It was just right . Goldlocks ate all of Baby bears porridge . After that

she got tried From all the eating and decide to take a nap. She went in the Bears bedroom and she

saw Three beds . She tried to sleep in Papa bears bed but it was to hard. She tried Mama bears

Bed and it was  way to soft. Then she tried Baby bears bed and it was just right

. She took a nap so long that the bears came back home. When the bears came home

Goldylocks woke up and saw the bears . All she did was just sit there and look

At the three bears. The bears saw that some one ate their porridge and they   studied

Their bowls of porridge. Mama bear and Papa  bears porridge had one bite of it taking for it.

Baby bears porridge was all gone . The three bears went in their bedroom and had saw the the

 Blog # 20 : America's history: In the 1960s Martin Lurther King delivered his ''I Have a Dream" speech. New York City had its great blackout. In 1961 John F. Kennedy became president. Also in 1961 the Vietnam War began.  In 1962 John  Glenn was the first man that orbited the earth.




       Present: Barack Obama becomes the first black president of the United States. Animals  began to be cloned.  The twin towers fell from a terrorist attack on September 11, 2001. Cell phones and computers change the way of communication. Osama Bin Laden is killed by U.S. Navy Seals.




                   
                  Future: America will be more green by increasing the amounts of trash recycled. More people will be eating organic. The cars will have better fuel economy. Cars will be able to fly in the air. The  technlogy will  be more fun and exciting than it  is today.

              Barack Obama is the first president from black desecent . Obama is the 44 president of the United States of America. His wife Michelle Obama is the first black first lady of the U.S. Obama has two children Meela and Shasha. He is  a democrat from Illinois. He was born in Honolulu, Hawaii on August 4, 1961.
             
             Obama went to Occidental college in Los angeles for 2 years. He transfered to Colomubia unversity in New York. He graduate in 1983 with a degree in polictal science. He attended harvard university in 1988. He graduated from harvard university in 1991.

              The family of Barack Obama is made of African American, English, Kenya, and Irish heratige. Obama's wife is first lady Michelle Obama. His wife is a lawyer and vice-president of unversity of chiago hospital. When Obama had got elected he got a dog for his family. Obama has one half-blood sister.

                Obama is from Illionis, Chicago . He is very good at playing basketball. One time when he was playing basketball he got elbowed in the face. Obama's grandmother died before his election. His father died in a car accident.
    
                 Obama lifed with his mother mostly as a child. His mother married another man after his father died. His mother died of Uterine cancer in 1995. His sisters name is Maya Soetoro. His grandfather is Stanley Duham.

 Blog # 17 : The comic Blondie is about the man and his wife. In the story his wife tells him that they ran out of candian bacon.The husband does not know what to do . The husband goes outside and visit the neighbor . He asks the neighbor can he borrow some bacon. They make a deal but the husband has to drive carpool for the neighbors next three turns. The purpose of this story was about funny decisions.

                   The comic Curtis is about a boy. A girl comes to his house wearing nothing but red. Curtis makes fun of the girl because of that. She tells Curtis that she will beat him up. The purpose of this story was to say things you are suppose to say. This also tells others to not mess with people.
                   
                    The Comic Dustin is about a guy named Dustin. Dustin is parking peoples cars for six dollars. His friend comes over and gives him a burger. She also says that the reason he business is not working out is because hes at WAL*MART . The comic is about make wise decisions.

 blog # 16 : Milton Hershey was born  on September 13, 1857. He dropped out of school in the fourth grade.
He was mass producer of  chocolate candy. He was a apprentice for Joseph Royer for four years. Hershey's first company was Lancaster Caramel Company.

                  After making caramel Hershey decided to start making milk chocolate. He made milk chocolate he own way. He began one of the largest manufacturing company's. Hershey product became the first nationally marketed product. After that he learned how to make milk into caramel.

                   Hershey made his own park in Hershey, Pennsylvania. The park was called Hershey park but ended up to Hersheypark. The park as many roller coasters and rides. The park is also family friendly to its community. Hershey has his own college and his own entertainment and resorts.

              Blog # 14: George Muller was born in Kroppenstaedt , near, Halber, in the kingdom of Prussia , on September 27,1805. When he was ten years old he took the goverments money which was entrusted by his father. He founded an orpan house near where he lived. He was a christain and a beliver God. He was a good man.

                               He is one of the founding fathers of the modern church world.
The name of the orphanage he founded was the Ashley Down orphanage. He gave christian education to over 120,000 children. He estabilshed 117 christian schools in Bristol, England. He also offered many Jews jobs at the orphanage.

                              My thoughts on George Muller is that he was a great christain man. He dedicated he life to others . He also dedicated his life to the work of God. He brought the word of God to others. He spread the gospel to the world.

blog assignment #13: Africa/Storytelling

Blog # 13: Wale Yade provides an insider look at the village ,the central social area of his village. Everyone who doesn't have to work hangs out at the ''Grand Place". Little kids also hang out at the Grand place.There are also animals like chickens there at the "Grand Place". There is shade there but men are only allowed to sit under it.

                Sileye Sall walks us through the process of praying. Sileye Sall pray five times a day,because religion is really important to him. He prays on a rug, because its apart of his religion. His religion is Senegalese muslim in his village. He must wash his hands everytime before he prays.

Blog # 12:Marie Antoinette was the Queen of Hungary and Bohemia. Her father and mother were Empress Maria Theresa and Francis 1.Her husband was Louis XVI of France; they were married by proxy. Her full name was Maria Antonia  Josephia Johanna. She was very talented, she could play numerous instruments ,and she could sing.

                 Marie Antoinette let her kingdom starve and die in the front gates of her palace. She was executed because of the French revolution, which no Queen or King can do what Marie Antoinette did. She was executed by guillotine on October 16, 1793, because of treason. She reigned May 10, 1774 - September 21, 1792 with her husband King Louis XVI. She was called the Widow Capet because of her husbands execution 9 months before hers.

               I think that Marie Antoinette was a little selfish when she didn’t help her kingdom that was dying .I also couldn’t blame Marie Antoinette because where she lived was beautiful. Also I know i wouldn’t want to be outside of her palace when there are people dying in the front gates of it . I feel sad for her life because she has had many deaths in her family. I do think that Marie Antoinette was spoiled a lot all of her life .
